Sliding into comfort and style - I just purchased 2 pairs of shoes from Zappos and I was so happy with them. Shipping took place on time and the shoes were all that I had hoped for. Having a wide width and large size creates a real dilemma when shopping for stylish dressy shoes and these 2 pairs relieved the pressure I've been under to find a shoe for a family wedding. I read previous reviews and was really worried about the width and strap issues discussed. While I haven't worn them yet for the occasion, I did walk around in them for a while and found them comfortable, classic and a perfect match for the wedding outfits. I went with the extra wide with on this shoe because of the straps around the ankle area. I'm happy I did because after being on your feet for any length of time, I feel confident that if any feet swelling takes place, the shoe will accommodate it. Thank you Zappos for creating a store that really provides style and comfort for the larger sized/width feet challenged!

Very cute - This shoe is cute and comfortable, but the ankle strap is a little loose. It falls down. I am thinking of having it adjusted though, because I really love everything else about the shoe and I really value comfort above all else.

Fine - except for strap!This shoe looks great. My only complaint is that the strap that goes around the heel is not tight enough slips down frequently. I did not know this until I started wearing the shoe and am disappointed in this flaw. Otherwise, it is stylish and will suit many outfits.

Attractive, very comfortable. I ordered it in wide width; the sole seems to be too narrow.

Annie Rosalina - The straps on this shoe are incredibly loose and barely keep it on your foot. While the shoe itself was the right size, the straps were made for someone with an unbelievably wide foot.
