Very comfortable. Good arch support and padding too. The top is stretchy. Can't wait for warm weather to wear them.

LOVE ‘EM!Just bought my second pair of these in Steppe. Since I bought the first pair about a month ago I have worn them almost every day. When it's cold and I'm wearing slacks, I put on a pair of light socks with them. I have lots of Arche shoes and like them all, but these I LOVE!

Great looking - I love the look of this shoe! It’s really funky chic. However, I agree that there's little give around the toe cut-out and I’m sure it would become uncomfortable with any degree of heat swelling -- so I’m (sob) returning it. Remember, 40=9, not 10!

Comfort...Less - Overall this sandal is comfortable and it looks good but if worn all day i.e. shopping, and ones feet begin to swell then the width becomes very uncomfortable and one has to take the straps off the heel. The reason for this is two reasons, firstly, the underside of the material is joined and the stitching prevents any type of give, secondly for style, there is a row of stitching on the top of the material, and it does not allow any give. I had the stitching taken out, so it serves no purpose and I am thinking of cutting off the heel strap...otherwise I would have wasted over $200.00. It’s a pity because the sole of the shoe is extremely comfortable.
