Runs short - Will be returning due to size. I wear a 7 1/2 so ordered the 8 and my toes touch the end of the shoe. I had trouble with the zipper and the foot bed is uncomfortable; would need an insert of some kind for extended walking.

Sole is very hard - I love the style of this snow boot. Too bad the shoe sole is so hard that your feet ache after a few hours.

I think these will do for a winter shoe - I love Zappos. I received my order in less than 24hrs! I have the Sally in white and think they will make a practical winter boot. I wear a 7.5 or 8 and the 8 fits well, wouldn't go smaller. Definitely wanted a snow boot without laces. The Sally looks a little weird on, bulky around the ankle but overall they look good and feel really warm!
