Great Boots! These boots took no time to break in. Very comfortable. They were roomy--I have an average size width and am somewhat flat footed. I put true to size but maybe they run a little large--I don't know because i like to have room in a boot. I don't need arch support and these feel comfortable to me. They just feel good. Quality seems good too. My girlfriend had a pair of these and I tried hers and they felt like slippers so I had to order them. I'm not disappointed. While they are a bigger looking bike boot, they still look good with skirts as well as jeans. They are a great standby when you aren't in the mood to wear anything else. I sprained my ankle and I could still wear these. I love Zappos. I got the boots sooner than expected. Customer service is tops.

Beautiful, but uncomfortable.I purchased these boots for their look alone. They were exactly the mix of work and fashion that I was looking for in a casual boot. They really are as gorgeous in person as they are in pictures. The shaft (ankle to calf area) is very soft as motorcycle boot shafts are expected to be. The interior is also very comfortable for a boot. My only complaint and it's a big one is that the area for the ball of your foot (that's the part just in back of your toes) is very narrow. I don't have wide feet, but I had to send the first pair back in hopes of finding a wider version. Despite various websites offering a wide version, they are not actually made. I ended up repurchasing the normal boot in my normal size. The boot does eventually stretch a little and they're tolerable to wear now. I would recommend getting them professionally widened if you plan to wear them for long periods of time. Again, they're perfect in all ways, but this one area. In my opinion, they're worth buying if you want a durable, well made, long-lasting, quality boot and you're willing to fix this issue.
