Kinda ugly.These shoes look a lot cuter in the picture than in person. But the deal breaker for me was the rock hard foot bed that felt lumpy and different in each shoe. I don't know if an insert would have corrected that, but it wasn't worth trying. FYI, they were also a tad too short. They do run wider than most mediums, but still not quite wide enough for my feet.

Comfy Shoe - This is a very comfortable and well made shoe. I'm happy with this purchase. I have slightly narrow feet but not narrow enough to require narrow sizes, so prefer lace up styles. These are perfect.

Great Shoe - I was looking for a shoe to wear with khakis and jeans, and this is perfect. My only complaint with this shoe is the lack of arch. It's moderate at best, so I needed to put an arch support in it because I teach, and am on my feet most of the day, not only in the classroom, but walking the halls. Other than that, it looks and feels good.

I love this shoe - I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered 1/2 size larger than what I normally wear, which worked out great - shoes fit perfectly. Shoe is both classy and comfortable. It was a pleasure dealing with Zappos!!

Nice look - Seems to run a little short and has no arch support. However I am able to wear my orthotics just fine with these and they are comfortable for walking. The only problem I have are the shoe laces, they seem to come untied easily.
