Great Boots!I saw these at a department store first around Christmas of 2005, but I wasn't sure if I was willing to pay full price. I recently stumbled on it here and the price was DEF right. The fit was great; it was true to its size (size 8). My jeans tucked in perfectly and it looks great! The fit is great and provides a lot of support. I have another pair of Franco Sarto Boots (Handa) and with this feeling great, I'm a big fan of Franco Sarto. The man knows what he's doing with his shoes!

MicheleGreat boot for a night out!I love this boot! It looks soo good and fits perfectly. I wanted to wear it with a miniskirt and sweater in the fall but was worried it wouldn't be tight enough in the calf after reading the previous reviewer who tucked her jeans into them. I do not have big calves (most boots are too wide for me) but these were perfect. They will look great with skirts. I do have to say that I don't think I'll be doing a lot of standing/walking in them as there is not much padding in the foot bed making the balls of your feet sore after a while. But the arch support is good and for a night out or desk job, I think they will be fine. And thank you Zappos for a great price!

PattiBoot - This is a very nice looking, comfortable boot. Didn't need to be broken in, good from the first day. The toe is a little more rounded than I realized and usually like - I don't like the way they look with pants untucked, but tucked in they are a very attractive boot.

A bit less than anticipated- I'm a boot lover and was looking for a tall, comfortable brown boot to add to my collection. This one wasn't it. I'm spoiled by the comfort of my Fry's. The foot bed on this one offers no padding, making it hard to stand in for any length of time. It also didn't come up to the knee as I'd anticipated; perhaps the suede doesn't provide enough support for it to "stand" on its own. I'll be returning them and continuing my search.

McNo ankle taper and a little too western. This boot has some nice qualities, but the look was a little too western, the brown hair too dark for most of my brown clothes (More dark chocolate than milk chocolate). Still I might have kept them if they tapered in at my ankle more. Maybe I just have a skinny ankle, but I didn't like the way it fit snugly at my calf and then gapped all around my ankle.
