Shoe is adorable. Looks great on foot. Franco Sarto is usually a 5 in comfort. That's what they are known for ... great style and fashion; however, these are slightly less comfortable than usual. Overall, a great shoe.

Gorgeous but painful - I received compliments from 5 different women when I wore these shoes (in gray) for the first time, but they hurt! Since the heel is so high, my feet slid down and were caught by the band, which turned my toes into sausages. I had to keep shifting my foot back in the shoe to stop the pain. Maybe a half size smaller would have worked, but too late to return. If you pick this shoe, order your regular size and a half size smaller to make sure your feet don't slide forward and get pinched all day long. Beautiful, but not functional. Signed, Disappointed

Unique, and beautiful...I tend to gravitate towards shoes, and clothing that are unique in style and that is what attracted me to this shoe. The profile of the heel is beautifully sculpted, and the height elongates the leg while being comfortable. I didn't experience the discomfort from slippage that the other reviewers spoke of, and I did order my usual size 7. Looks great bare-legged with baby doll dresses, and urban-funky with dark tights, or leggings. It also features a non-slip sole that makes it stable to walk in.

Beautiful And Classy!I ordered these lovely shoes in red. True feminine shoes with comfort, class, and looks. I never thought a high heel shoe could be worn in comfort. I have a wide foot and these shoes still fit. These shoes have a little sassy attitude with them yet very lady like and proper. As always Zappos service is top notch!
