Great shoe - The fit is true, very cushy shoe to walk in at work. Does not need any break-in time. The material does not stretch out to make the shoe ultimately sloppy loose on the foot. Very happy with my purchase.

Zappos Customer Svc is the best...& the shoes are cute, too!First off, I have to say that Zappos' own Jay A. gave the best customer service that I have ever experienced! He helped me with the price protection and hand wrote the kindest thank you note to me for being a returning customer! Jay, you're the best! These are the cutest shoes. They look great with jeans, skirts, dresses, pants, long shorts and, if I had the thighs, short shorts. I wear a 6 going into 6.5 and these fit beautifully. I feel these run true to size. I haven't worn them outdoors yet, but only because I haven't had the occasion. But I'm going to and all the while I'll be singing the praises of Zappos Customer Service and Jay A! Count on me to be back!

Cutest shoes - I love the Franco brand and this shoe was so darling. They were true to the size that I normally take, but the strap in the back was a little loose, but still wearable; however, I wish the back strap was a little tighter.

AMAZING - have a coral pink pant suit and this was a dead on match. I got 7 although im 7 1/2 narrow and it is perfect no discomfort will wear tomorrow

Cutest Shoe - Although I really don't care for wedge highs I thought these were so beautiful. Well they are even more beautiful when you get them. My whole office complimented my shoes, but the strap in the back ripped my skin apart, but I'll live with it. I'm a size 6 to 6 1/2 I purchase size 6. They definitely make your feet look very small.
