Love these Boots - I just love these boots! They are comfortable to walk in for hours and have a great, casual look. I ordered a pair as a gift for a friend of mine. I know she'll love them as much as I do. Thanks for the great customer service, I've ordered lots of shoes from Zappos and have never been disappointed.

Not so nice - I took a chance and ordered a brand that I never heard of b/c the boot looked very cute and very much my style. I was sort of disappointed that the color fabric looked very low quality but decided to give them a chance since they wore somewhat comfortable and a change from the flatness of my Uggs. After wearing once they looked several years old! I also never got any compliments on them, which confirms the fact that they were a mistake. Oh well.

Fits me well - I am petite and it's not easy to find long boots that are not too high. But this one fits really well. The insoles are not as cushioned as I would like. I ordered half a size larger, and then insert a foamy cushion which makes them very comfortable. I was not sure how the ribbons will look when I ordered them but they actually look better than I thought.

Stylish snow boots - These are great stylish boots that can actually go in the snow. Good tread.
