First of all, thank you Zappos for a great service. I got my boots within 3 days, your website is user friendly. I love these boots. I am flat footed, so finding comfortable footwear has always been a major ordeal for me. I wore this boots all day walking in Chicago this weekend, my feet didn’t hurt and were warm the whole day. One tip though is you may want to order half size up to accomodate your socks. The cuff is elasticized so it has plenty of room. The look is great, I wore jeans all day and changed to sweater dress and tights with this shoes that night. Keep up the good job Zappos and I’ll be back... I’ve told my friends and coworkers, too.

Great versatile comfortable boots - It was really hard to find these boots in my size of 8 - 8 1/2, but finally did on another more obscure website. (At the time Zappos didn't have my size). I am very happy with these boots. I usually have a problem of boots being too loose around the calves as I have skinny legs, but these fit and look good. The buckles allow you to tighten the fit a little, but it would still be fine if it didn't. I ordered a half size up based on reviews that I read, but actually I found the boots to be a little roomier. If you wear thick socks with your boots then order a half size up. Otherwise, I would go with your true size. I didn't find the shoes particularly narrow (am usually M width). I can wear these with dresses and with jeans. Super happy with them.

Great bag!I love this bag...Great size. The purple color is very cute. The handles are so comfortable - padded a bit. They have never irritated my shoulders. Straps long enough to carry on the shoulder, but short enough to carry in hand. Love the rubber on the bottom - keeps it in place and farther away from dirt. The bag has stayed mostly clean - only one dirt spot. It's been through a lot though! Love the pockets. Perfect spots to store stuff without being bulky, confusing, or cluttered... I'd recommend this bag to anyone. Great all-purpose tote. Would also recommend Keen Sunset, but it's much larger - too large for what I needed. Comes with laptop bag which is lovely and has a full rubber bottom.

Awesome bag! Lots of pockets and room. It has a laptop slot (even though it's not listed as a laptop bag). Very lightweight bag. Even when it's full, it is still very comfortable to carry, thanks in part to the black/gel parts of the handles. I've used it for work almost every day since I got it!
