Best shoes ever - I can't say enough good things about Keen. I have arthritis in my feet, and Keens are about the only shoes I can wear comfortably. The Bandons are ideal for walking around the urban environment (I got them for a Chicago trip). They have a looser, clog-like fit, but won't fall off like a clog does. Decent style, good enough for the office environment. They have a wide toe box, but that's good for me. Three thumbs up.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.I wasn't sure about the look of these shoes when I ordered them but after wearing them a few times I knew that I had hit the jackpot. These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. If you do a lot of standing on your feet, consider these. They are not the flashiest looking shoes but I would not trade them for any other pair. Bravo!

For the price of this boot it should fit perfectly. There is just not enough support/arch support/cushion. How can Zappos sell something that is not top notch for the money charged? I'm disappointed. I think Daniel Day Lewis had it right when he went to Europe to become a cobbler. Shoes should be made for the individual.

I found out about Keen shoes on the Zappos site originally by reading your reviews. I have bad foot pain after recovering from two broken feet, and these had the so many good reviews I finally gave in and tried them. I ended up buying several pairs. My son recently needed to replace a pair of shoes and I thought of Keen. He is a chef, and has been wearing some sort of clog but he says that no matter what, with being on his feet all day, he always has foot and knee pain. He would come home and soak them in the tub, apply pain creams and just go on. I decided to buy him a pair of Keens as a present. He looked over your site and chose the Bandon. The FIRST DAY he wore them he came home and said this was the first time he got off of a shift and had NO knee pain or sore feet. He couldn't believe it. He absolutely loves them, and I would say to anyone who has foot problems that this is at least the first place to start. I fully admit to being "thrifty" (read that cheap). I don't spend this kind of money on shoes, but if it means a difference between being able to walk the next day and suffering, how can you put a price on that? And with Zappos' return policy, how can you lose? By the way, I really appreciated the Zappos reviews because that is what originally made me feel ok with ordering shoes without trying them online (a first for me). Although a lot of people said the sizing didn't work for them, I have to say that as far as I and my son's experiences, the sizes were exactly perfect. My first pair made me wonder, but after wearing them a couple times the leather stretched. I knew if I had gone up a half size or so, it would have ended up being too big. I hope this helps someone else reluctantly looking for comfortable "all-day" shoe.

Large size boots - My 16 year old son wears a size 15 shoe. Very difficult, if not impossible, to find boots in the store. I had never brought from Zappos but was aware of the site. Found the boots right away, no shipping, and a price comparable to store prices. The description was adequate and I went with a size larger, accommodating socks. My son LOVES the boots, very warm and comfortable. Of course, being a kid, he said he did NOT need boots. He's wearing them every day in the woods; great for hunting and tracking. I'll be buying more from this site! Also, the width was marked M, which worried me. He has a wide foot, but these fit perfectly.
