These were supposed to be my replacements......but they ran too big! I had a pair of Reactions very similar in style a few years ago, and after wearing them for years until they fell apart I wanted a replacement. However, these shoes run larger than expected and the heel was higher than I had hoped, so they were a return.

I ordered this boot in a size 10, but it was too snug. I am pleased with the customer service that I received from Zappos, and being able to return the shoe without having to pay for shipping. My intent was to order the boot in a larger size, but it was not available. I decided this boot probably wasn't a good choice for me anyway since I was having bilateral foot surgery. I spoke to a customer service representative, and was able to price protect another item since I returned this one. I also received a get well card from the staff Zappos! I am satisfied with the customer service, however I am disappointed that the price protection is no longer offered.

Comfy boot with sexy style - I bought these boots on a day I had been looking for a tall boot and wasn't having much luck since I have large calves, so I tried these on. I love the sexy heel and the strap and button near the top add a stylish touch. I normally wear a 6 and have wide feet, but the 5 1/2 fit better with pantyhose on. The leather is very soft and fits comfortably and zips right up around the bottom part of my calf. My husband's gonna love 'em.

Love it!This boot is adorable, BUT it doesn't fit. I ordered my normal size, however, they were too big in the heel. I ended up adding heel inserts and they helped a little. I'll suffer through the fact that they're still a little too big, maybe wear thicker socks. They're a perfect looking boot!

I wish the heel was a little shorter and the leather was of better quality, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with this shoe. It's perfect for someone with wide feet- like myself, it's very comfortable.
