Second time a charm.I really love everything about this shoe/slipper. When ordering, I took the advice of a number of reviewers and ordered one size larger than my shoe size. That was a mistake and I had to exchange them for a smaller size. During the process I had good fortune to speak to the most knowledgeable, professional, and patient customer service representative I have ever dealt with. She obviously is very dedicated and happy in her job. You are very lucky to have her in your employ.

Take out the tissue paper!I was mad when I first put the right shoe on how short it was. I packed them up for return. Latter I thought I would just try on the left shoe to see if it too was short. When doing so I noticed tissue paper pushed up in the tip. Taking this out it fit perfectly... and so did the right shoe. I wonder how many shoes I and others returned because of tissue paper?

Comfort and Service Satisfaction - Ordered 9, but too small, called Zappos who elected to send a size 10 overnight and took $5 off because they went "on sale". Very comfortable and warm.

THE ONLY SLIPPERS TO BUY - I just bought these slippers (L.B. EVANS MESA SLIPPERS) and they are the best. Very comfortable to wear all day long with out any discomfort to your feet, even with being a diabetic with foot pain, they help! A BIG A+ THANKS.

I bought this slipper in a size and it was too small. Operator suggested the shearling wool might just make it a little tight. I opted for a size 9 and can wear it I believe. I’m still trying it out. Here's the clicker: I wear a 7 ½ or 8 dress shoe. Order large is my counsel.; maybe even TWO sizes larger than your regular shoes.
