Good Choice - I wear custom orthotics and this shoe has a removable foot base which my physical therapist "altered" to fit my foot, just like he did the custom originals he made for me. In other words, it has been a great choice for me because of the removable foot bed and it is good looking and way comfortable even before the slight alterations were made. I recommend this shoe to anyone who has foot issues as they are roomy, good looking, and foot friendly!
