Cute shoe...so so on comfort - I first saw this shoe on Victoria's Secret online but they didn't have my size. That was not going to stop me as I had to have them! Zappos came through again. Not only did they have my size the day after I ordered I received a notice that they had upgraded my shipping at no extra cost to me. Now for the shoes. They are as cute in person as they are in the picture. My first outing in them was a day at work and all in all they were not too bad. I was afraid the little knot in the middle might rub but it didn't.

Karen - These shoes are very comfortable. They run true to size, and I tend to need a bigger size in most shoes. The heel is a perfect height, and has some padding for extra comfort. Zappos is amazing when it comes to customer service, and shipping is lightening fast!! You will be very happy with these shoes, and especially happy with the outstanding customer service you will receive here. I will be back!!
