A good sneaker, despite design flaws - Overall, I think this is a great shoe. No orange mesh, giant shock absorbers, or hard plastic pieces. Just normal shoes. That said, there are two relatively minor design flaws I would improve on if I could. The top eyelets are lined with plastic; eventually, the friction of the laces wears a notch into each eyelet, causing the laces to get hung up. Also, the tongues are only attached at the very bottom so they always end up sliding down to one side. Both relatively minor points and this is still an excellent shoe for comfort and conservative style. I have three pairs, and I love them.

Great for everyone and HELP FOR BACK PAINS - I've always worn Nike B Ball shoes and now my back is catching up to my age - the cross trainer is much better - lighter, more comfort!
