Rowena is a great shoe - Love these, one of the most comfortable pair I have had.

Style and comfort - These shoes feel wonderful. They have good support, a nice heel height but don't feel like a heavy shoe. There is no breaking them in; they feel great right out of the box. I had the black ones and liked them so much I ordered brown as well.

Stylish sandals - I really like the way these sandals look. The footbed is very comfortable but there is a big problem. The inside of the upper, cuts into the topside of the foot, especially the part by the toes.My sad toes have cuts and blisters there. Not attractive or comfy. I had already worn them too much before I noticed so I couldn't return them.

I wanted so badly for a pair of pretty, brown, not too high sandals. These seemed to be good, so I kept them. The sole is very comfortable, with great cushioning, the height is very comfortable, and they're cute. The problem is I can hardly walk in them. The leather is very stiff, and the design at the toe area doesn't go along with my natural foot -- it kind of scoops down just where you want it to scoop up. I don't know if they will soften up a bit (they probably will) but I don't know if I'll be able to wear them at all in order to make that happen! Born used to make a beautiful sandal that perfectly fit my category: 2" heel, comfortable, but pretty. They stopped making them!
