Very comfortable for a heel this high - This sandal is extremely comfortable despite how high the heel is. In fact, they’re so comfortable that I sometimes forget that I'm wearing high heels and trip. Oops. I highly recommend them!

Classic versatile and comfortable enough for tennis shoe gal - Look long and hard for a high heel shoe I can wear without breaking an ankle since I rarely wear heels and tend to buy flatter shoes for comfort than for looks. This one suited me well as I can't wear those wobbly stilettos. End up buying a brown pair and like the stability enough to buy the buff color. I don't recall ever finding a high heel shoe with arch support so this questions really doesn't apply...I think. I wear size 6 1/2 and glad I bought size 6. I have slightly wider feet so shoe is definitely an "M" width. This shoe is well cut and clean style. Still wish shoe heel flared just a little more for added heel support for my novice feet. Still for a 2 3/4" heel it's relatively comfortable.

Sexy for Comfort - I found the heel to be a bit high for my liking. They shoe also felt a bit snug for medium width.

Too high - Cute shoes, but too high for me. The slope seemed very big and my feet felt funny.

Comfy but unbearably ugly - Evidently designed for comfort, not looks. Really comfortable sole with a great light heel that's stable and doesn't at all feel like 3" (it is, I measured). But I just can't bear how hideous it is... looks better in the photo! The straps are just too wide even to approach "elegance" (as it's described); definitely more of a comfort walking sandal than a dress sandal. Thankfully Zappos' return service is superb!
