Awesome boots - Even though the heel is higher than I usually wear the first time I wore them they felt broken in and comfortable. Plus, the contrast makes them very versatile.

LynnPERFECT - I am a woman of some, SUBSTANCE. Walking for any distance in boots with lesser construction is not a pleasant thing for me. These boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Just yesterday, walked probably a mile during lunch with them, did some shopping. Took them off at the end of the day, and didn't even experience that AH feeling one normally gets after taking one's shoes off at the end of the day. Love Rockports, and have owned many pair. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

Love these boots!In general I have difficulty wearing high-heeled shoes especially when I have to walk quite a bit, but these boots are awesome! They're comfortable, and they look great (although I'm not crazy about the stripes on the sides). Interestingly, I usually wear size 6 shoes, but in the case of these boots, the store I got them at didn't have a size 6, so I tried out a size 7 and they seem to work well for me. These shoes are certainly worth buying if you're looking for comfortable, great-looking, high-heeled boots.
