A "no sock" shoe means blisters - This is a very cute shoe for summer. I didn't put socks on my toddler boy with these shoes, so of course he ended up with sores rubbed under his ankles.

Great looking shoes - My twin boy loves this pair of shoes. The first day he got a red mark on his foot, but later it did not bother him anymore. He is wearing them everyday. The low side is the strip is a bit short. Other than that, it is a great looking shoe.

Twins' MRiley Fisherman - Got these for my son b/c he can't yet fit into the Adventure Sandal. They are cute and he keeps them on all day which is a big thing at his school and he never did that with his other shoes. They seem to have rubbed a little blister after the first few wears on the inside of one foot where the strap pulls through but he never complained. Very cute but dirty easily so luckily they are machine washable. For the price they are a terrific bargain since it is important that they have good shoes at this age to avoid lots of falls and spills. I would buy again if I had the choice.

NatalieGreat Company to work with!I placed the order and it arrived the next day, just as promised. The sales person was professional, polite and a delight to work with. I have had some very bad experiences in other "internet" company purchases, and working with Zappos certainly restores my faith in shopping "online." Thanks, Zappos!!

Sharon LStride Rite Riley Fisherman - This shoe is ADORABLE. However my son got terrible blisters after wearing them for 2 minutes. We tried them in two different sizes and widths, so I know it wasn't just the fit. The canvas upper is so stiff, I think it would take a lot to break them in, and I'm not willing to put his feet through that. The sole is also very stiff, not much flexibility. We will stick to the Stage 3's while he can still wear them...
