Holden's MBest sandals!This is the 2nd pair of Stride Rite sandals for my 15 month old and I would highly recommend them. My son has wide feet and these never squeeze his feet. The soles are so flexible, so it's easy for him to run and play. They are easy to get on & off and are built sturdy. The rubber toe keeps the leather from getting all scuffed up.

His feet are not particularly chubby but I did have to get them in Wide (regular / medium did not fit). My son LOVES these shoes. He won't wear any others! He would cry if you try to put a different pair on him and sometimes he cries when we take them off! I don't know if these are incredibly comfortable for him or if he is just set on his ways. One complaint I have on these sandals, though, is that they developed a bad smell. I have put them on the washer and the smell goes away, only to come back after a few days of wearing them. Anyway, I am getting them in the next size since my son likes them so much and refuses to wear any other.

MsComfy Practical Cute Sandal - This sandal keeps my sons feet in place with the closed toe design. It also offers some ankle support which is very important for my son who has low tone due to Down Syndrome. It doesn't substitute for a good sturdy sneaker, but sometimes it's just too hot for shoes!
