A Five-Year Old's Favorite Shoe - My five-year old chose these shoes from the Zappos website. He wears them everywhere! Zappos is number one with me, especially because of the free overnight shipping!

Happy Grandson - I ordered this shoe for my grandson and he is so happy. He is 3 1/2 years old and this is the first shoe he had that did not hurt his very wide foot. I ordered a 10 XW. It is cute and sturdy. He of course thinks he can run and jump much higher now. He even left these on which he never does. I was surprised at how bright these lit up and he was overjoyed. Zappos had them to us in 2 days. I love Zappos and Stride Rite shoes are so comfy.

Stride Rite's Asteroid H&L Toddler shoes - Stride Rite's Asteroid H&L Toddler athletic shoes are very well made shoes. The shoes have strong bindings on both the velcro over tabs, no raveling, no coming apart. The bindings are also strong around the base of the upper shoe where it attaches to the sole. The lights are in the side and are quite eye-catching making a kaleidoscope of colors every time my grandson's foot hits the floor. They are sized exactly right. I came to Zappos because the store fronts here did not have the E widths in toddler shoes. My grandson has a wide and thick foot. The upper is very well made with even texture and strong seams. The inside is plush & padded with lots of support for those fast moving feet. I highly recommend these shoes.

My son loved these for the first four or five days because they light up and they were new. After the newness wore off, he prefers his other Stride Rite shoes. The tongue in these tends to bunch up and they seem to be a little heavier than his other shoes.

Great Shoe - I had a hard time finding extra wide shoes for my grandson that light up. He is 3 1/2 and these were great. He adores his new shoes and states they are very comfortable. They are well made and nicely padded inside. Zappos was great as always and quick.
