Looks like a big boy!These shoes look like VANS with the stability of a Stride Rite shoe. My son thinks they're cool b/c they light up and I like them b/c they don't have any characters on them!!! I thought they were black (I didn't read the description) but they are blue.

Hard to put on - These shoes look great but they are near impossible to put on my sons foot! The tongue of the shoe is held down by elastic that runs down and under the foot bed making it difficult to pull up to get his foot inside. Also, for some reason Stride Rite shoes (and this is not our first pair) have laces that are either too short or way too long. I think I am finally done with this brand.
