Reviews posted by other customers helped me select these shoes for my son. The shoes are excellent! They are open and airy yet have enough protection for the little toes. Rubber soles make walking on a wet surface safer than other shoes we have. Now that the shoes are "broken in" he can wear them without socks too. They are safe for pool but also dressy enough for church – you can’t beat that!

This is a great sandal. My son loves these shoes. Easy to take on and off. Also very supportive and dressy looking. I had to re-order the next size up, though, because they seemed a little small for the size.

Cute, nice looking sandal!I bought these for my 1.5 yr old and he loves wearing them! He runs around in them easily and I've never noticed any rub marks on his feet and they seem to fit him perfectly, despite his large, thick feet. (He's usually wearing a size 6, now and I have a hard time finding shoes that aren't too tight over the top of his feet.) We try to keep these as his "dressy" sandals, so they haven't been subjected to a lot of messing around in the garden or hard playing that would otherwise really test their durability, but he does use them a lot and they still look great after 2 months, or so.
