Perfect shoe for development of little feet!It is important that toddlers have good shoes so that the many muscles of their feet develop and so the arches develop. Barefoot is best, but these shoes are second best. Many prefer velcro closure, but laces are better for a good fit. This shoe is recommended by a doctor and a physical therapist.

Great brand for my daughter's small, wide feet!!My 16 month old wears a size 4 Wide so finding good shoes can be difficult. I was very pleased with Stride Rite, compared to other brands, and will be ordering Stride Rite again.

Great Sneakers!!!!The sneakers are great and well made. The shoe laces do not stay tied too well, but other then that they are super sneakers!!!!!

Play Zone Lace Toddler 8.5W--8.5EW - I ordered this shoe for my granddaughter, who is two and has a wide foot. I ordered the Wide, which is the width that she usually wears in casual or dress shoe, but we could not get her foot into the shoe at all. I ordered the Extra-Wide, and the shoe slipped on. She has not complained when wearing the shoe and chooses this shoe to put on instead of her others. I take that as proof of comfort! As always, Zappos offered excellent service for our family!I will continue to shop at Zappos to meet the wide-foot needs of my granddaughter--confident that she will the fit she needs. With overnight shipping, returning shoes to Zappos is easier than returning purchases that don't work out to a mall or shoe store! Only one recommendation--take the Zappos tour and learn more about the company, and their employees. It's no wonder Customer Service is provided with a smile, and in a timely fashion! Congratulations to a company that treats its employees in a such a wholesome way.
