This shoe looks much cuter than it appears on screen. The purple mesh areas have a bit of sparkle to them, and there are little pink jewels in the center of the elastic lacing area. My 6 year old can get them on quickly and easily. We've only had them for a week, so I can't say how well they hold up to play. But we had a different 'Ashley' style in the past and they were super shoes, which is why we went with them again.

Great site, great shoes!My little girl loves these! I printed out the size chart from the stride rite website and am totally impressed with the fit and quality. I would by these again, especially from Zappos, who got them to me next day!!
