This shoe is perfect for a 1st Communion - the ankle strap style is the right look for a 7/8 year old, instead of the old fashioned maryjane style. The little bit of sequin makes them especially dressy. Comfortable enough for a dress occasion such as this - no dress shoe is ever really super comfortable.

I can not say to the comfort of the shoe because I'm not wearing it, nor has my daughter worn it much except through the house. We purchased these shoes for a wedding. The style and look is great, matches her dress, and looks more like a "big girl" shoe to her without a huge heel or too much maturity for me. :) These shoes were exactly what I was looking for.

Classic little girls shoe - This shoe is true to size and comfortable for my daughter. It's dressy - for a wedding bridesmaid's dress - but can also be worn with a more casual dress to church.
