Fits Like a Slipper - I rec'd my Vaneli Balmy within 24 hrs. of ordering the shoes. Unreal! Love Zappos' service. Sometimes the shoes don't fit, and I have to exchange for a larger size but THIS TIME WAS PERFECT. The shoe size seemed true to size for me. I wore them at home to see if there would be a break-in period. Not at all. Very comfy. Great look!

Black Vaneli Open Toe - This is a great shoe, cute and comfortable. I have wide feet, so the Vaneli’s in a wide work really well. I can wear these to work or out.

Love my golden brown comfy shoes!This was my first experience ordering from Zappos. I am very impressed with their service & I love my golden brown comfy shoes. They fit true to my size (which is a 5 - but sometimes a 5 1/2 in other brands). I returned a different brand of shoe that I had ordered along with the Vaneli & Zappos made it nearly effortless. I felt like I was their only customer!

KristinBeautiful shoe... excellent service - Zappos has the best service!!! I got my shoe the very next day! And this shoe looks great... the picture does not do it any justice. I love shopping at Zappos... I wear size 4 and Zappos has such a huge selection!
