JulieThis is NOT a wide shaft boot!I absolutely love the look of this boot. I ordered this along with 2 other pairs. This boot is made from a cheap material that smells like vinyl and feels like plastic. The boot fit my foot nicely, but the "wide" shaft would not fit my 15 1/2" calf. Be aware that this is not a quality product worthy of Zappos!

EmilyAbsolutely love these boots!!!!!! The fit is suburb, and the look is phenomenal. The lace on the back adds the perfect detail, and the weathered look of the boot looks even better in person. These boots are high fashion, and on the cutting edge of style. I definitely recommend these boots to any women, and for the price, they cannot be beat! I could not be happier with my purchase!! And did I mention they came in the mail the very next day after ordering!! Zappos is unbelievable.
