Best shoes for fast times - Awesome shoes! So fast. I've already run PBs in these shoes and I've only had them for a week. I love the neutral heel (not much padding in heel). You will need good bio-mechanics to be comfortable in these shoes. Improper technique will hurt you. Get a 1/2 larger than regular shoes. The forefoot could be a bit wider or curved in. The heel fits well. I like the leather around the inside of the heel. The laces don't go down far enough down to get a good tight fit in the midfoot area. They feel "squishy" if laced too loose (beware users of elastic laces!). The tongue is flimsy too, which will hurt transition times for triathletes/ duathletes. Some open-cell foam in the tongue would be good to create a rigid tongue that will assist in slipping the shoes on quickly during the bike to run transition. Longest run so far has been 8-km but don't see any reason why 10-21km would be a problem. Will report back again in 3 months to see how they wear over time. If they wear well, then I will definitely buy a few more pairs. Other colour options would be good too. I missed last year’s crazy green colour scheme.

Fast, but dangerous - Good shoe if you need no support. The forefoot is very thin and there is little arch support. If you have never owned a pair of racing flats this shoe could be agony for you. I can do a 5k pretty easily in these, but a 10K starts to hurt the forefoot and arch. I love the speed of these shoes, but could never go over 10K and should not be listed as a shoe of any distance.

Only for short distance - Good shoe, however, I do not recommend training with these shoes. They wear out pretty quickly. Too narrow. Adizero LT is better.
