Excellent - I bought this shoe to start back on a running routine. I have always trusted Adidas for soccer shoes and court shoes. These didn't let me down either. Upon the first day of running, I felt as though they had been worn in for months. The support was wonderful and they had more than adequate traction.

Great shoe - Black Shamiso from adidas looks good. They are light and comfy. I've run a few miles in them and they feel pretty good.
